JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, THERESA MORIAL-TORMENTO and RICARDO M. BORROMEO, Both of legal

age, Filipino, married and residents of Brgy. Poblacion, Padre Burgos, So. Leyte,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and state;

1. That we personally know the personal identity of SALVADOR CASTILLON, the

brother of the late ALEJANDRO B. CASTILLON;

2. That during the lifetime of ALEJANDRO B. CASTILON when he was already

sickly, it was SALVADOR CASTILLON who took care of him by giving him
support, food and medical attendance;

3. That even upon the death of ALEJANDRO B. CASTILLON, it was still SALVADOR
CASTILLON who prepared for the memorial service and burial of the late
ALEJANDRO B. CASTILLON;

4. That we know these facts because we live in the same barangay and close friends
of their family;

5. That we are not related to them within the fourth civil degree, either by affinity
or consanguinity;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing facts
and for any legal purpose this may serve thereby.
