AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, GLEN CARLO P. VILLANUEVA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Unit AAB, 5880 Enriquez Street, Poblacion, Makati City, after having been sworn in
accordance with law, hereby deposes and states the following:

1. I was present and personally saw that accused, MS. MAAN GALANG and MS.
CLAUDINE BERNAS were in the middle of altercation along EDSA Northbound.

2. On August 14, 2018, Ms. Galang was inside her Toyota Camry, with custom plate
number 5-MINS, parked her car near EDSA-Trinoma, in front of a NO PARKING
SIGN.

3. It appears that MMDA Officer Bernas flagged down the said car at around 6:30
P.M., after noticing that Ms. Galang has committed a traffic violation.

4. Despite efforts by the MMDA personnel to flag down the car and ticket Ms.
Galang, the latter did not want to cooperate.

5. Further, Ms. Galang emphasized that she is a lawyer, even presenting her IBP
Membership Card with number IBP-AKO1.

6. Ms. Galang refused to cooperate with the authorities. With this, the MMDA
attempted to tow her car.

I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the filing of Criminal Charges against Ms. Maan Galang for traffic violations as
well as Indirect Assault against a person in authority.
