COMPLAINT-AFFIDAVIT
3. That the church has approximately 100 mass-goers, part of the crowd
was the respondent together with his brother Karlo Bernal.
4. Before the Final Blessing, when I was about to go out of the church,
I met the respondent with his brother. I hurried my way out of the church with
my boyfriend because the respondent has been following me for the past few
days and told me that I was his idol. I never wanted my boyfriend to notice
him.
7. I asked him to remove his arms off my body, but he did not listen.
My boyfriend asked him to do the same but he did not stop.
8. When the respondent saw that the mass was over and the crowd was
on their way out, he immediately removed his hands and arms from my body
and ran away from the scene. His brother followed him.
9. His acts are clearly within the purview of the 2 nd Paragraph of Article
287 of the Revised Penal Code, being a form of physical coercion in the
absence of lewd design.
