A wide range of technical documents, such as the API reference and user guide, are provided for public cloud
service users. The users can use these documents as a reference when using public cloud products.

Public Cloud Service O&M Documentation
A wide range of O&M documents are provided for nodes in the public cloud system, including the maintenance guide, upgrade guide, communication matrix, troubleshooting, alarm
handling and release notes.
The public modules of all public cloud services include Console Framework, Task Center, Simple Message Notification (SMN), Service Detail Record (SDR), and API Gateway.
All of these modules are independently deployed, and independent O&M documents are provided for these modules.
For example, from a horizontal view, the ECS UI, Combined API, and IMS documents are provided for the IMS service.
