Learned counsel for the respondent states that the

explanation of the delay has been filed in the registry. The
respondent No.1 was required to present before this Court. The
exemption application is stated to have been filed. It is stated that
the exemption application and the explanation could not be placed
on record on account of some technical error, although the same
has been filed. Accordingly, learned counsel placed on record the
copy of the said application, which is taken on record.
Meanwhile, the registry is directed to place on record the original
application as well as explanation before the next date of hearing.

For the reasons mentioned in the application for exemption,

the same is allowed. The presence of the respondent No.1-
Ashutosh A.T. Pednekar is exempted for today. He is directed to
remain present before this Court on the next date of hearing.

To come up for consideration of reply/explanation filed in the

form of the affidavit on 24/04/2018.
