Ingredients.

- 2 cups of minced meat.


- 12 flour tortillas.
- 1/2 cup kitchen oil.
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese.
- 1 tomato, cut in cubes.
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped.
- 1/2 head of lettuce, grated.

Instructions:
Heat kitchen oil in a pan. Fry a flour tortilla lightly on both sides. Before the tortilla hardens and
becomes brittle, fold it in half using a pincer and fork to hold it firm. Remove and drain on a
paper. Repeat the procedure with all the tortillas.

Place one or two tablespoons of minced meat, previously sautéed and seasoned, inside the
taco. Add chopped lettuce, onion, tomato and cover with cheese. Repeat for all tacos and
¡serve immediately!
