TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PROGRAMME


Minimum package per group 50Pax++

50% Fixed Deposite for any Booking / Reservation required (Payment Should Be Made in Working Hours)
Guarantee booking will be given after 50% deposit has been made.
Booking / Reservation is on "First Come First Serve" basis

Full payment should be made 1 week before or 3 days before programme date.
Payment by Cheques: 1 Week Before Programme
Payment by Cash: 3 Days Before
Payment by LO: Guarantee Letter & Details Person In Charge
No Refundable After Paid.

Payment can be made at Singgah Santai Resort Office or Bank-In
CHECK IN TIME: 02:00 P.M (RM20 PER HOUR CHARGES FOR EARLY CHECK IN )
CHECK OUT TIME: 12:00 P.M (RM 20 PER HOUR CHARGES FOR LATE CHECK OUT)

Electrical equipment not allowed into the room and etc.


Outside food / port luck and all cooking utensils not allowed ( penalties at least RM300 depending on
quantity )
Penalties at least RM1, 000 for loss or damage asset (depending on item)
Deposit will "burn" if the programme/ room is cancelled, and to postpone the programme / room valid up
to 3 months from the date of cancellation (one time only )
LAST MINUTE OF CANCELATION WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED (at least 14 days before the programme)
