CURTAIN WALL WORKS CONTRACT

COMMITMENT LETTER BY THE SUB-CONTRACTOR

We hereby pledge and affirm that the following statement mentioned below will be supplied, performed
and carrying out by us (Sub Contractors Name) to catch up any potential delayed in the program that might
occur during the time frame of construction of Curtain Wall Work for the OCIC New Office Building

For the avoidance of doubt, the following commitment by the Sub-Contractor shall be applies for this sub-
contract work:

1 Maximum number of labor/workers to be deployed for the Sub-Contract work shall be

_xxx_to_xxx_ Workers.

2 To carry out overtime hour work for catching up the delay program of the sub-contract Work if
deemed necessary or instructed by the Main Contractor

3 To carry out 2 shift work for catching up the delay program of the sub-contract work if deemed
necessary or instructed by the Main Contractor

Above commitment statement shall be done and performed by the Sub-Contractor in accordance and in
compliance with the drawings, specification and good workmanship as well in the satisfaction of the Main
Contractor.

Upon confirmation of Sub-Contract Award, this Commitment letter will be form part of the Sub-Contract
Agreement under Sub-Clause 27 – “Rate of Progress”
