JOB PROFILE & KEY DELIVERABLES:

i) NEW HOLLAND FIAT INDIA PVT. LTD., Pune


OPERATIONS PLANNER:
 Work Breakdown Structure creation for projects within the Product Lifecycle Management
Software ( Siemens Team center 10).
 Scheduling activities as per project timelines in PLM software.
 Resource planning and task assignment to achieve project deliverables.
 Execution plan updating and MIS reporting.
 Problem resolution by tracking bottleneck and coordinating with the concerned function.
 Monitor daily progress and identify delays to cover up the slippage in timelines by arranging the
necessary resources.
 Reviewing new project requirements and planning for their implementation.

BUDGETING & CONTROL:


 Work out the budget required for each project for the year ahead.
 Monitor effective spending against the budget for each project.
 Monthly MIS reporting of project budget status to management and highlighting major issues.
 Submit budget forecast for current year to central planning and subsequent revisions during each
budget review for approval.
 Update every month’s spending in Budget tool for each project.
 Creation and support/ monitor Project Expense Request Form (PERF) approval to ensure efficient
budget spending and tracking of commitments.
 Create Capital Investment Budget (CIB) for the year ahead along with PV manager, Facility
Supervisors and PV team.
 Review Capital Approval Request (CAR) to control quality and accuracy of the submissions.
 Monitor the capital spends and provide regular MIS reports to PV manager.
 Support the CAR process from approval till goods/ service receipt i.e. GRN preparation for company
asset management.
Project Coordination:
 Coordinating with Logistics dept. to export/ import part and machines and for movements within India
to support testing activities.
 Coordinating material receipt process- PO creation in BAAN→ arranging/closing road permits→
clearance from indirect tax dept.→ GRN closure→ Receipt in proto stores.
Parts availability MIS for proto built & proto warehouse inventory management and control for cost
booking in proto built and audit clearance.
 Parts ordering and coordination with Spares Parts Division to support PV activities.
 Approvals from Finance/ Indirect Tax dept. to export/ import proto machines/ parts and movements in
India.
 Approvals from Managing Director for procurement of unanticipated project and budget needs.

PROJECT PLANNER:
 To correspond with client for the issues relating to their orders, starting right after receiving the PO uptil
Dispatch of the finished equipment & to arrange all the required steps for the order compliance.
 To resolve the problems pertaining to Production & Quality of Equipments by getting possible
deviations on the specifications given by the client.
Preparing Work Breakdown Structure & Schedule to meet the Contractual Delivery Schedule.
 To keep track of Order status by taking the Weekly Project Progress Review Meeting with all the
concerned departments & forward it accordingly to the client.
 To get the Technical Documents approval by client with in time & in line with capabilities present
within the workshop, by providing them suitable clarifications for any deviation.
 To coordinate with the client for any Order Amendment, if required, in PO & to prepare the Price
Implication claim aroused due to this.

MATERIAL PLANNER:
Procurement of Materials as per order specification.
Arranging Part drawings & required material specifications to place purchase order and negotiating
Delivery conditions, Quality Control, Commercial Terms.
Follow up of order status & arranging Inspections and receipt control of material.
 Planning order execution along with directors considering material stock available & Delivery Dates.
Calculate and procure required paint as per specification.
Vendor development i.e. visiting workshops, assessing capabilities, reviewing their past records & list of
customers served.

WELDING ENGINEER:
 Manpower and resource planning for MIG, GTAW, SAW & SMAW WELDING.
 Defects control by following the Welding Procedure Specifications.
 Inspection using NDT Processes such as Die Penetrant test, Radiography test & Ultrasonic testing.

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:-

Description : Studying Designs of the existing pumps models manufactured by the company such as

 Implemented JIT for material procurement, resulting zero misplacement, useful capital expenditure
