My Role :
I am giving Help and Support to Australian Company name Telstra. Telstra it is Prepaid SIM
card company
I am giving support and troubleshoot the issue of different things like unlocking iphone
I can reset wifi password online or help the customer to reset it by them-self by giving them
steps.
I can activate the New Telstra as well as Boost SIM Card.
I can activate the Old number Telstra as well as Boost Sim Card.
I can Port In other prepaid mobile company into Telstra and Boost prepaid service
I can transfer Postpaid Telstra or Boost service to Prepaid number service
I can transfer the prepaid balance credit from one account to other account
I can add or deduct Internet Data from customers account and add them credit as per
customer needs
I can make recharge from my system from customer Voucher number or I am giving them link
to recharge online.
I am also done temporary suspension of service if the customer phone lost or stolen, so it will
help them to misuse there phone.
I can also change plan into different plan, etc.
