AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND UNDERTAKING

I, Arnold Lumakang, of legal age, Filipino, married, and with postal address at 3489 Garnet st Casals
Village mabolo Cebu City, under oath, hereby state and undertake as follows:

1. I am the father of Melissa Ann Lumakang (the “Buyer”), of legal age, Filipino, with postal address
at 3489 Garnet st Casals Village mabolo Cebu City .

2. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Reservation Agreement / Contract to Sell dated May
20, 2017 (the “Contract”) between the buyer and Vista Residences Inc. (the “Seller”), the Buyer has
agreed to purchase from the Seller Unit No. 16 Floor 20th at Sky Arts Manila, developed by Vista
Residences Inc. (the “Seller”) along Gen. Malvar Cor. Vasquez ,Malate Manila.

3. I hereby grant my full financial support to said purchase by the Buyer and undertake to be
solidarily liable with the Buyer in the payment of all obligations of the Buyer under or in relation to
the Contract.

4. I confirm that I have sufficient financial resources and properties to pay all obligations pursuant to
my undertaking herein.

5. I am executing this instrument to attest to the truth of these statements and to confirm my
undertaking in favor of the Seller.
