Founded in 1984, Hafiz Tannery has grown to be one of the leading
tanneries in Pakistan in quality & reliability. Our name in Buffalo leather
& Cow leather for garments is known throughout the world. Being
pioneer in introducing Fashion Articles in Buffalo, we are working hard
to maintain our position as leaders in Fashion Articles made in Buffalo
& Cow.
Producing 1.3 million SQFT. of finished leather per month (15 million
SQFT. per year), we are grateful to Allah for his blessings and are
thankful to our staff and workers for the hard work.

Hafiz Tannery consists of three units:

1) Wet Blue Unit: Located 42 km from Lahore on Ferozpur Road. This
unit is producing high quality wet blue leather which after splitting is
transported to Karachi for our Dying & finishing unit.
2) Dyeing & Finishing unit: Located in Korangi Karachi. Equipped
with latest machineries imported from Italy, using latest technology, the
best quality finished leather is supplied to our customers.
3) Garments Unit: Located in Korangi Karachi. The Garment unit is
known for its quality & workmanship. Producing 10,000 garments per
month. The leather garments are exported to France, Sweden, Norway,
Germany, USA with a very good reputation.

Merchandizing:
Our merchandizing department consists of the best merchandisers in
market and they are capable of understanding the customers exact
requirements and taking care of them from cut to pack.

Tanning: 
Our highly skilled tannery technicians are able to produce a long range
of leather articles from usual nappa to various other articles in Cow,
Buffalo, Sheep and Goat.

Dyeing:
We have state of the art dye facility and are able to match your colors
exactly either from fabric swatch or by Pantone number.

Pattern:
Our in-house pattern making department is able to accept and produce
manual as well as computerized patterns, grading and markers.

Cutting:
We have hired the professional leather cutters who not only cut the
garments according to patterns and sizes but also ensure that good
leather is used for the products with minimum wastage.

Stitching:
We are well equipped with sewing machineries like single needles,
double  needles, sergers, flatseamers, buttonholers, keyholers,
bartackers, coverstitch, zigzag and chainstitch.
Samples:
Our sample department is well equipped with required machineries,
facilities and skilled employees. They are able to produce customers
designs working from sketches and spec sheets.

Finishing & Packing:

The department has adequate machineries and skilled workers to finish
and pack the goods according to customers requirements.
