complexity of organisational problem solving demands it is suggested that they are encouraged to receive

their peers, subordinates, those in supervisory roles, and self-examination. The recipient will use this data
to design a personal development plan to address areas of concern surfaced through the questionnaire and

develop their abilities to work, manage, and lead, the performance and attitudes of corresponding
