1.0 Introduction:

My group has own a well-known real estate agency practice and our company has set
some business plans and targets. My company has decided to embark on an aggressive marketing
strategy, among which is to harness the full potential of the internet to promote our firm such as
creating a firm’s website in order to achieve our company business plans and targets to boost
sales .So we are given a task by company that is preparing an internet business strategy report of
our firm. In this report, we are going to outlining the important features that we think should be
made available in my firm’s website such as company background, vision, mission, milestone of
firm and so on. Throughout the report, we will provide a clear and detail explanation about the
purpose and reasons of putting the important features such as company background or vision in
our firm’s website. The important content of this report consist of information about our
company; PERCY, Service provided, online marketing, additional value service and others
attribute.

2.0 INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY

The main purpose that we include information about our company is to let the customer
or our potential buyer to know in detailed about this company. Besides that, this also will allow
our customer to accessing our company information to increase their confident in doing any
transaction with our company. Investor also will be more interested to invest in our company
since the milestone, award and achievement section have already explained clearly about our
experience that bring our company into this stage. The section ‘information about company” is
also an important section to people for example student and fresh graduate student so that they
would have a view about the real situation in business life and give them some motivation in
order to being a part of this company.

Company background is one of the major features which are putting into our company website.
The contents of our company background included establishment of our company, history,

Malaysia. It has an excellent result from year to year and is a prestigious, prominent and well-
known company around our country and also abroad.

Why it names Percy? Actually it got the meaning. P is stand for passionate, E is stand for
efficiency, R is stand for responsibility, c is stand for capability, y is stand for yield. It range of
services consist of properties for rent and sale, that include residential bungalows,
condominiums, offices and commercial space, shop –offices, factories, industrial, hotels and
development land. In addition, it also undertakes all categories of project sales, on behalf of
developer.

The main purpose that we explained our vision of company in this part is to inform our
company needs in a long term period. In the other hand, our costumer and investor also could
know that we are a professional company that have a very clear vision. A stable vision would
definitely convince every people that connected to us.

Mission is also a very important part in our internet marketing since it will display the main
purpose of our company to achieve in its business field. With this mission, our company will
move according to the guidelines and management that was planned before. This is how we

The milestone section will show the journey of this company from the beginning until
now. By showing the milestone of our company, people would be clearer and know everything
about our company.

In the other hands, we will explain on how this company was created and all the
challenge that we faced and the strategy we used to overcome the hard situation especially at the
economy crisis in 1998.

The main purpose to include milestone in our webpage is also to convince potential
buyer or costumer with our company growth. For example, with the new open branches in every
state in Malaysia, we were able to stabilize our company marketing in the residential,
commercial, agricultural and industrial field.

Milestone also will explain the moment our company are listed on Second Board of
Bursa Malaysia. In 6 June 1996, Percy Transferred to Main Board of Bursa Malaysia and being
one of the largest companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia. By being listed in Bursa Saham
Malaysia, this client would be more confident in doing transaction with our company.

Awards and achievement

Awards and achievement is also a very important part where it will show the company’s
successful past time and potential in future. It is also important to tell costumer that our
environmental and management of worker that effective leads to our quality of success. So it is
one of the features emerged in our company website.

would definitely give a bright view of our company that systematic in handling our assets and
financial problems.

Moreover, Percy Company had hit its aim and target and gets a prominent result each
year since many years ago. For example, our company have achieved excellence sales in
Residential sector at year 2008 and Commercial sector at year 2009 in our country. So it got The
MIEA National Real Estate Awards in categories of residential agency in year 2008 and
commercial agency in year 2009.Moreover, it got awards of the best employers in Malaysia
almost 7 years subsequently since year 2001, ranked No.1 in the Edge Malaysia Top estate
agency award 2006, Vietnam Economic Times Golden Dragon Award 2008 with high quality
home services 2007 and also Malaysia best estate agency in year 2009.

The main purpose that we include the type of services that we offered to the costumer in
the webpage is to let our costumer know and understand the business that our company being
doing. This is important as the services that we offered to our costumer are main subject to
generate income.

Our company provides 5 main core services that are related to agency and transactional
services, which are estate agency, project marketing, investment, corporate real estate and
auction. We offer all this services in term of residential, commercial, agricultural and
industrial/factory.

In estate agency, our agent would act as an agent to buy or rent, sell or let out residential,
commercial and industry. We are more focusing on the residential property in this service
because of the highest demand and supply compared to others type of real estate property. Our
company is able to handle the demand in the real estate agency since we have many of
professionals and qualified who specialize in residential, commercial and industrial properties.

In project marketing services, we would explain that our professionals would act as
Marketing Agents to sell residential and commercial units in development schemes or in the
other word to sell or lease out units in retail centre and office developments. We would explain
interestingly that our company has a variety strategy in online marketing to promote developer’s
residential and commercial project.

Other service that our company offers is investment. In this part, our professional is
acting as agents to acquire or dispose specialized properties and investment property assets and
holdings. Besides that, we are also providing the property investment management services for

Value added a service is defined as the services that enhance a basic product, such as the
design in engineering components or technical support for software. It should be a basic service
add-on, sold at a premium price.

Value added services that our company would provide should also generate a profit in its
own right and ideally should increase customer demand. If it simply generates a profit or
stimulates demand for the underlying basic service and itself is a loss leader, it cannot offset the
trend toward basic service becoming a commodity. Besides that, it is should not be some new
form of basic service. If it becomes a basic service itself, it too may become a commodity.

In addition, value added services in our online marketing should not cannibalize basic
services unless the effect is clearly favorable. The service also should be built on intrinsic

achievement not that enough to prove to customers that our company can provide high
