Fabrication & Installation of Unipole in EIL Gurugram Complex

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Specifications

Unipole:

 Diameter of Iron pole will be 12 inch with 6 mm wall thickness

 Height of pole will be 25 feet
 Base plate will be of 16 mm (2X2 feet )
 Top 2 plate will be of 12 mm ( 2X2 feet)
 Anchor bolt 32 mm; 8 nos. ,
 RCC foundation will be 2.5 ft (L)X2.5 ft (W)X 5 ft (depth)

Logo Structure:

 MS Pipe frame structure; pipe will be of 1.5 inch X 1.5 inch

 Size: 5 ft (W) x 8 ft (H)
 3 mm ACP sheet base
1  3 mm acrylic sheet letter
 Logo structure & unipole to have redoxide finish and paint to avoid rust.

Electricals:

 The logo will be backlit with LED module of Philips/GE/Samsung or

equivalent make to ensure good visibility
 Union power supply
 The cable/wiring required for power need to be Finolex/Polycab
make or equivalent along with all necessary fixtures such as MCB,
Timer etc and same need to be put in an IS specified box. Lightning
arrestor to be installed and whole structure to be suitably earthed.

Location:
Unipole with Logo will be installed near the service lane of EIL Gurugram
Complex.

Material lift from ground using cranes

2. Completion Period: Within 20 days from approval of design.

3. Warranty: The agency shall provide one-year warranty against defects on all
components of the Unipole. Warranty will be applicable from the date of acceptance
of the Unipole by EIL.
4. Bid Validity: Bid submitted by bidder shall remain valid for a period of 3 months
from the bid due date.
5. Payment: Payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bills complete in all
respects.
