The solution proposed by frank is that more training sessions should be dictated to the staff, this
to learn new skills, reinforce those already known and provide a better service.

Hi Abraham,
I am writing to let you know of a problem that is occurring in the neighborhood of San Rafael, is
that there are some malechores who always sit late at night in the corners of the neighborhood
intimidating everyone who passes through those places, I think that this happens in the absence of
security in the neighborhood at night.
I would recommend that a patruyaje schedule be established by the security entities, since there
have already been several altercations that have occurred with these people, robberies, insults,
and consumption of psychoactive substances.
All the neighbors of the communiy agree or this statement and we want a quick solution, for a
better explanation please do to the barium to explain in detail what happened.
