Mississippi Rough Rice Stocks Down from August 2017

Arkansas rough rice stocks in all positions on August 1, 2018, totaled 12.4 million hundredweight (cwt), down 46 percent
from August 1, 2017. Stocks held on farms totaled 1.35 million cwt, down 45 percent from a year ago. Off farm stocks
totaled 11.0 million cwt, down 46 percent from a year ago.

Louisiana rough rice stocks in all positions on August 1, 2018, totaled 1.82 million cwt, down 24 percent from
August 1, 2017.

Mississippi rough rice stocks in all positions on August 1, 2018, totaled 538,000 cwt, down 60 percent from
August 1, 2017.
