Ejari - Rent Contract

1. Go to a typing center and prepare a tenancy contract (20 dirhams - 2 copies) - to be signed by the tenant and the landlord

5. Fill up an undertaking letter confirming the accuracy of the details in the tenancy contract.
6. Bring the old EJARI certificate, if any.
7. Bring Emirates ID.
8. EJARI certificate shall be released after payment of the charges, 215 AED.

7. When you received an SMS from EID, your emirates ID is ready for pick-up (Dubai Central Post Office).
