CONTRACT OF LOAN

with Arbitration clause on future controversy

I, Esmail M. Yahya Jr., of legal age, married, with residence and post-office address at 123 Acacia Drive,
Woodsrow Village, Las Pinas City, hereby extends money loan in the amount of two (2) million pesos to
Juan Dela Cruz, of legal age, married, with residence and post-office address at 345 Amorsolo Street, Las
Pinas City under the following conditions:

1. That payment shall be made for the period of two (2) years;
2. That there shall be an interest rate of 18 percent per annum;
3. That payment shall be made on a monthly installment basis in the amount of one hundred
eleven thousand and five hundred twenty two pesos (P 111,522.00);
4. That the debtor will pay the creditor through check account which will be given on every 1st day
of the month;
5. That demand letter shall not be necessary for the collection of the debts;
6. That in case of failure to pay two consecutive monthly installments shall cause the entire
obligation due and demandable;

Arbitration Clause:
In the event that the debtor failed to fulfil his obligations as stated in the contract, the parties involve
will agree to settle the issue or the case in an arbitration chosen by the creditor and without any court
intervention.

This contract is effective on 16th day of October 2011
