    Fixing stand and chain block lifting arrangement

    Remove turbo charger and its attachments Day 2


    Remove Exhaust Manifold
    Remove timing plate and Cam shaft gear
    Remove valve mechanism cover and base
    Remove rocker arm and shaft
    Remove Injectors
    Remove Cylinder head and transport to workshop for reconditioning
    inspection and Cleaning of components day 3

    Reconditioning of cyliner head in Machine shop (Depnds upon parts supply) day 4 day 5
    pressure testing components

    Component installation
    Valve lash / injector timing/ calibrations

    Start up and Sea Trial
