UMW General Meeting

Author Visit: Larry Johnson
All are invited to come to the Council Room and hear local author Larry Johnson, whose books include
Mexico By Touch: True Life Experiences of a Blind American Deejay, You Can If You Think You Can, and
That’s How I See It, just to name a few. He served 22 years as a radio and television broadcaster in Mexico
City, Chicago and San Antonio, and 32 years as a motivational speaker and workshop presenter. Larry
Johnson is also well-known for his provocatively insightful and often humorous newspaper column in the
local newspaper.
