Weakness

1. No certified network administrator

2. Network infrastructure
3. Dependent on third party for email services
4. Risk Management for Power Failure
5. No share or bonus

Opportunities

1. Start selling of REMS

2. Implementation of Disaster Recovery plan
3. Develop all sources of advertisement

Threat
1. Disaster Recovery for central backups
2. Power Failure mitigation

Recommendations/suggested Solution to be implemented in 2009

1. We should have one certified dedicated network Administrator for all network issues.
2. By having a network admin we can implement our own exchange server for emails
issues.
3. Update the network infra structure “especially cabling”.
4. Implementation of distributed data backup. Currently it is central. To mitigate the
threat of Disaster recovery. Solution is to buy portable data back devices and keep data
backup on different locations.
5. We should have alternative for power failure at least for servers. Solution is to buy
UPS.
6. Complete business plan for sale of REMS (Market & Competitive Analysis, Operational &
Production Plan and Financial Projections etc) is in progress.
