As Marketing Senior Director of Mission Integration (and previously Marketing Director), I ensure CA's
mission of ‘eliminating the barriers between ideas and outcomes’ is strategically woven into every
employee, customer, and stakeholder interaction.
• Lead an executive-level, cross-functional, matrixed team to develop the strategy and implementation for
our corporate mission to be a source of competitive advantage as measured through quarterly
customer net promoter score surveys, employee opinion surveys, and key customer event exit surveys.
• Designed an introductory tour of executive fireside chats to generate two-way dialogue. The tour
successfully reached 2,200 employees with 90% understanding how their work aligns to the mission.
• Championed celebration of our customers for CX Day with employee-generated videos and email to
50,000+ enterprise customers with social media live session garnering 7,000+ views.
• Developed a mission-based talent acquisition campaign encouraging candidates to “Bring What You
Bring” generating increased applications by millennials and improved recruitment brand perception.
• Produced a film series featuring diverse innovators in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering,
and Math; The STEM10. In production partnership with New Form Media and leveraging media
partners Fandor, Time, Inc., and Amy Poehler's Smart Girls, the series has achieved over 22 million
video views, 71,000 social media interactions, and has been distributed to over 300 Boys & Girls clubs.
As Manager of Global Advertising Marketing Communications, I led our agency partners to create award-
winning advertising, was responsible for multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and developed global
communications assets intended to radiate the Juniper brand and culture internally and externally.
