Loco Pilots in cases of passing Railway Signals At Danger (SPAD) as
specified in the first proviso to Rule 6 of the Railway Servants
(Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1968 (as amended from time to timel

Ref: Letter No. 2017 /Safety (A&R)/18/11 dated 08.01.2018

With reference to Board's letter of even number dated 8.01.2018, it is

directed that Poro 9.0 shall be replaced and read as under:

"Chargesheets in SPAD cases issued after 08.01.20j.8

shall be decided as per the new guidelines."

The above issues with approval of the Railway Board.
