Dear Sir,
My name is Harsh Sharma and I am currently pursuing my B.Tech 2yr in Mechanical
Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra.
I would like to apply for Summer Research Fellowship Programme 2018, which I
came to know from one of my senior in my college.
I find this programme very intriguing and beneficial, as it will help guide me, further
in my education. My area of interest are hybrid vehicles and electric vehicle
development and implementation in India. I have no past experience, but while
being intern for Summer Research and I can learn and research about my interest
while working under assigned scientists in well-equipped labs. This fellowship
programme will be very helpful in increasing the spectrum of my knowledge about
hybrid and electric vehicles while working under supervision of assigned guide, and
that can help me pursue higher education with specialization in these fields. These
fields are under development and when fully implemented can be helpful in reducing
pollution, lack of fossil fuels and other disadvantages of fossil fuel vehicles.
I would be really honoured, if I have the privilege to work under scientists working
under this field. If it is possible, please consider me for this fellowship programme
2018.
