How to change internet banking secret question and answer
Internet Banking
= Log on to internet banking with
your username and password
= Click Self Service> Reset
secret question and answer
= Complete the displayed form with
requested details (new question,
new answer, mother’s maiden
name)
= Enter your Token code and click
Submit’ to complete request
Timeline: Takes effect after 3 hours
Mobile Banking
= Log on to GTMobile banking app
with internet banking username
and password
= Click the menu button on the
screen then select 'Service&
Help>Reset Secret Answer>
= Input Reminder Question and
new answer and click ‘Save
‘Answer’ to complete request
