1. Do visually check of Windshield
seal/outboard moisture seal for damage/erosion. (see figure 1a & b for
identification location of moisture seal, damage and erosion seal
tolerance).

2. If found the windshield seal damage/eroded out of tolerance issue

MDR to repair the outer moisture seal refer Engineering Information
(EI) 10000105151/000/00. For material see note on bellow.

NOTE:

1. See attachment for example damage/erosion moisture seal.

2. See attachment document EI (10000105151/000/00): APPLICATION OF

AERODYNAMIC SMOOTHER (SEALANT) ON THE CONTROL CABIN FIXED WINDOWS. for
repair the windshield seal moisture.

3. Material request for Repair:

a. PR 1425 B 1/2 (Windshield Sealant) QTY: 1 EA

b. IPA99 (ISOPROPHYL ALCOHOL) QTY: 1 L
c. PR-1861 (include in sealant PR 1425 B 1/2 bag) QTY: 1 EA
d. MEK (METHYL ETHYL KETONE) QTY : 0.5 L

4. Tools Inspection:
a. Magnifying Glass (kaca pembesar)
b. Flashlight
