Board of directors and associates

Present: The board of directors are a duo yugender and Pedamuni Swami who hold more Commented [1]: shiva changed to peddamuni swami
legal responsibilities and are official board of directors for the company krv global.
Associates work in par with board of directors with sharing equal responsibility and revenue
but added to board of directors on signing MoUs
The associates will also become board of directors in future within prescribed time period if
and only everything works well with team.

Lead consultant

Each department or training course will be lead by Lead consultant. His major role will be as
a trainer working on the curriculum and training the students and as a project manager
guiding the live projects.

Ground team
This team are a group of counsellors, telecallers who interact with student networks,
colleges and universities. Their task is to give presentations, arrange seminars and increase
student walk-ins.

Marketing

This is a team responsible to get live projects from the market and advertising activities. This
team consists of marketing executives.

Job consultant
This is a team of hr talking to MNCs initiating programs with them and mining vacancies and
placing students.

Business support manager

This one position is a centre for all the operations of the company. He will look after the
brand image of the company and will be single point of communication for all the
departments and heads of the company. This team consists of a hr, who will lead job
consultant team but will also does the payroll management of the company. This team will
have a receptionist, office boy. This team will be responsible for writing and sharing MOMs,
business plans decisions and also brand image of the company.
