DISCHARGE OF LAST FEDERATION YEAR’S FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF A

PRINTER FOR THE SOCIETY

WHEREAS the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – University of Southern

Mindanao Chapter (JPIA-USM) being the academic organization of Accountancy and
Accounting Technology students in the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) shall
plan, organize, and participate in all necessary activities for the students, those required
by the university and by the National and Regional Federation of JPIA (NFJPIA,RFJPIA);

WHEREAS the last federation year’s set of officers allocated a budget of five
thousand pesos (P5,000) for the purchase of a new printer and was unable to buy it during
their tenure;

WHEREAS this year’s officers shall carry out the project of the last year’s officers
for the fulfillment of the budgetary allocation approved by the body last year;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved by the local chapter

officers that the JPIA-USM will discharge an amount of five thousand pesos (P5,000) for
the purchase of a new printer.
