Sub: Remittance of III semester (2009 batch) fee-reg.

Students of the III semester B.Tech. Degree course are hereby informed that the dates of remittance of
semester fee are as follows:
1. The last date of remittance of fee without fine : 14.7.2010
2. The last date of remittance of fee with a fine of
Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten only ) per day : 28.7.2010

3 Defaulters even after 28.7.2010 should remit Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) towards
readmission fee in addition to the late fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only). The names of students
who are defaulters even after 28.7.2010 will be removed from the rolls w.e.f. 14.07.2010 and they will not
be eligible for attendance till the date of remittance of fee. Students are directed to remit the fee at
S.B.I.(Extension counter in the SOE campus) in the prescribed chalan forms which can be had from the
Bank counter. Demand Drafts from students other than those who have availed of bank loan will not be
accepted. Demand Draft should be taken in favour of the Registrar, Cochin University of Science and
Technology, and should be remitted at the Bank Counter.

5. SC/ST students need to remit Rs. 145/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty Five only) towards Co-curricular
activities and Students Aid Fund and Exam fees of Rs. 45/-
6. Children of Cochin University of Science and Technology staff admitted in the general merit need to remit
Rs. 9,000/- (for payment) and Rs. 3,750/-(for free seat) as tuition fee and Rs. 1, 165 towards other fee, and
Rs. 555/- as examination fee.
