2Sit in a circle with a collection of instruments or sound sources in the centre. Pass a
bean bag around the circle as you sing the song. At the end of the song the child
with the bean bag chooses a sound source and makes a sound.
2Discuss the sounds with the children. You might like to use a variety of sound
sources, e.g. pan lids, toys, corrugated card or other materials.

Sort examples of a variety of materials to match each of the descriptions in the verse.
Place a variety of materials in a cloth ‘feely bag’ and pass it around as you sing the
song. At the end of the song the child holding the bag selects an item and describes its
properties.
