Can you please stop.

Please put everything in the proper perspective.

You say Bong Go intervene but there is no justification nor evidence to such an
effect.

Everybody keep forgetting that Bong Go is a presidential assistant, hence, he

is the head of Presidential Management Staff which is an agency that is
tasked to manage the development and formulation of the projects and policies
of the Office of the President and by the nature of his job description he is
obligated to help key officials in arriving at a proper decision.

Assuming arguendo that Go’s office submitted a written letter regarding the
background of the suppliers of CMS which DND Sec. Lorenzana submitted to
Admiral Mercado with a note that it came from Bong Go, does it follow that
there was intervention in the procurement? (Go denies this.)

When Bong Go’s Office requested for a meeting with the navy officer involved
in the implementation of the project does it likewise follow that he intervened in
the procurement?

Where in the hell in all the documentary evidence presented that Bong Go
indeed intervened in the procurement?

Are we to make conjectures that Go by talking to them about the procurement

already amounts to an interference of the procurement process?

Now if what you meant by intervention is that Bong Go gave DND Sec.
Lorenzana an alleged white letter and asked for a meeting with the navy officer
involved in the implementation, then so be it but if what you meant by
intervention is that he manipulated the procurement, I beg to differ unless there
is a clear and convincing evidence that indeed there was manipulation
amounting to intervention in the procurement process.

That is my unbiased opinion.
