    Cow Purple Cow Recipe


    Makes 5 1/2 cups.
    1 quart milk
    1 (6 ounce) can grape juice concentrate, thawed
    Mix milk and grape juice concentrate.
    Pour into glasses.
    CACFP Credit: 1 cup “Purple Cow” counts as 2/3 cup milk.
