The Recipe of The Pilaff
Ingredients:
Butter - 120 g
Flour - 220 g
Baking powder - 5 g
Sugar - 200 g
Milk - 120 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanilla extract or sugar vanilla - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Sift 220 g of flour (you can sift 2 times), add baking powder - 5 g. in a bowl;
2. Put 120 g of soft butter. Beat until the butter turns white. Do not stop beating, add 200 g of
sugar. Continue to beat for 1-2 minutes in a bowl of a mixer;
3. Continuing to beat, add alternately 2 eggs and 5 g of vanilla sugar. Beat until the weight is
white. During beating, remove the mixture from the walls and mix to make the dough uniform;
4. Then the speed of rotation of the mixer should be reduced to a minimum, add flour and 120 ml
of milk. Flour and milk should be added in turn to three meals.
5. Using a pastry bag, a mechanical spoon for ice cream or a regular tablespoon, spread the dough
into paper forms (they need to be filled in 2/3);
6. Bake the cake in a preheated oven. The temperature at which you need to bake the cupcake is
180 ° C. Time is about 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a wooden stick. Remove the
prepared cupcake from the oven, let it cool down a bit, then put them on a grate or board, without
taking them out of the paper cups, and allow cooling completely.
7. Homemade cupcakes with milk are ready. Cupcakes can be decorated with cream.
