    b. Measuring transformers (CT & PT)
    c. Measuring instruments (Ammeter, Visually no damage & no oil leakage. Design drawing & Spec’s.
    Vmeter, KWH, Wmeter, etc)
    d. Protection relays & aux. Components
    (ON/OFF push button, Ass, Vss, etc)
    e. Cubicle parts & accessories (bottom
    plate, end cover, field control, etc)
    f. Control wiring (wire size, colour of
    cable, terminal number, cable
    marking, etc)
    2. Check on the dimension of panel Conform to dimension specified in the Design drawing & Spec’s
    drawing.

    2 Functional Test 1. Mechanical Operation Tests on: Mechanically operated 5 times in each IEC 298, Sub-clause 7.102
    a. Circuit Breaker / Contactor direction, in order to ensure that the Design drawing & specs.
    b. DS / LBS switching device & removable parts
    c. ES comply with the prescribed operating
    d. Mechanical Interlocking conditions and that mechanical
    e. Mechanical tripping interlocks work properly.

    2. Electrical Function on: The Electrical components and other IEC 298, Sub-clause 7.105
    a. Electrical operation (on & off, interlocks together with control devices Design drawing & Spec’s
    remote & local, etc) having predetermined sequence of
    b. Electrical interlocking operation shall be tested five times in
    c. Protection relay succession in the intended condition of
