CHILD PROTECTION POLICY ORIENTATION

GRADE SEVEN PARENTS

The grade seven advisers called the attention of parents for the discussion of rules and
regulations. The assembly starts at 1:00 pm and it started with the opening prayer of Ms.
Sherlyn De Chavez and an opening remarks of Ms. Maybel Din. This assembly aimed to notify
the parents regarding the enhanced rules and regulations. The head of discipline, Mrs. Lourdes
Custodio and Mr. Joel Barte discussed the general concern and issues of the students. The head
of discipline discussed to the parents about the enhanced rules and regulations and the
disciplinary action to be taken if the students violate the new rules and regulations. The teacher
addressed personal issues and concerns of each student to their parents. This assembly really
help the parents in promoting a right manners and good conduct to their children through the
help of the school community.

This program help the teachers to lessen the students who have a different kind of
behaviors. Through this implementation of rules and regulations, students will be motivated in
going to school having the right attitude. The parents also feel happy about this implementation
of enhanced rules and regulations because for them it will guide their learners in choosing the
right path and consider the school as child-friendly school. After this orientation, the parents
enlightened their mind that they need to orient also their children to lessen the violations that
may be violate by their children. The overall satisfaction was seen after the orientation.
