Design Brief

The residence is a place of repose, activity and utility. One uses it for daily activities, for recreational
purposes, for work. All these activities are different for the different users. Parents who work from home
have a different usage for spaces than the parents who go out to work. The grandparents and the kids have
their own set of requirement, their separate timeline for activities. The house should try to accommodate
all these needs.
The residence should be so designed as to make it one harmonious entity with interconnected outdoor and
indoor spaces.
Each design should accommodate the following uses: living; dining; sleeping; socializing; working; learning
and relaxing.

6. A place that has a welcoming and professional look for outsiders who visit for professional
consultation

7. provides a dignified presence from the street for users and visitors alike

8. Easily accessible from the outside street, specific accessibility and reach for elders and everyone
everyone regardless of their age, size, ability or disability, both inside and outside.
