Project Planning, goals

Background
Recently, there are some inquiries of assesment, but it is rejected due to the lack of
personnel. Mostly medium and small size class of assesment are being sub contract to other
company. It is identified as loosing of potential income.

Goal
The project aims to support Cyenno Consultant service.

Specific Goals
By delivering in-house assesment for small and medium classes, is expected will be satisfy
the client by having one stop service. This also enable to manage schedule easily.
This project promote some extension of the assesment procedures , such as :
1. The using of web based online test and database, ensuring the data safety and the
shortening assesment time. Another advantage is the content modification can be
suit to client’s needs
2. Outdoor assesment, it is combining with outbound training methods

Activities/Work Packages

The assesment consultant should prepare all assesment tools that needed. The test licensing
already granted by Himpunan Psikolog seluruh Indonesia or HIMPSI, valid trough 2020.
Some additional certification such as DiSC or other test may be needed for spesific
requirement.

The outbound training, functioned as role-play assesment, also must be discussed to

strenghten the measurement, espesially in managerial position.

the talentpool and web based assesment, is being prepared to support the classroom and
role-play assesment.

This projects should also tobe tested as trial test to some number of clients as reliability and
validity of procedures of test, including the service standard.

Quantitative Indicator—
Ensure the number of potential clients, the size of each clients. On the other hand, the
number of co worker to face a medium or large size projects
