TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Upon the conduct of actual field evaluation and verification on July 7,

2017 that this office interposes no objection to the applicant of Sand and Gravel
Concession along Sebase river Locate at Barangay Canibungan Daku, Clarin,
Misamis Occidental, subject however in the event of any changes on negative
effect it may cause in the operation of Gadakinsur CIS Terruvian Dam, the said
clearance will be re-evaluated accordingly.

This certification is issued to Mr. Artemio Sevilla to support his application

for Sand and Gravel Permit required by the Environment and Natural Resources
Office.
