COMMUNICATION

GUIDELINES FOR GROUP REPORT

• Each group is given a minimum of 50 minutes and a maximum of 60


minutes (1 hr) to deliver the group report.
• The reporters are expected to come to class in their appropriate attire
(semi-formal to formal) or as suggested by the report topic.
• English language should be strictly used as a medium of instruction.
However, colloquial language may be utilized in delivering punch lines,
examples, and ad libs.
• The reporters are expected to consult with the instructor at least 2 working
days before their assigned reporting date.
• As for the day of presentation, late reporters will no longer be entertained.
Thus, the instructor will explain the assigned topic instead. As a result, the
reporters will receive a grade of 5.0 in that particular activity.
• The reporters are expected to come up with a substantial, relevant,
creative, and value-adding report.
