Checklist for Tourist/visit visa

1 Completed Visa Form

2 Two passport sized photos (White Background)

3 Applicants’ original passport (Along with copy)- valid for at least 06

months.
4 UK valid residence visa with its copy (if applicable)

5 Work reference letter from the work place indicating that you are
currently in their employment.
Those who are not in employment will provide copy of benefit letter,
any letter from job centre or Pension letter etc as the case may be.

6 One month bank statement (last)

7 Proof of Address
(eg Utility bill, Council tax bill, rental agreement or FullUK driving
license with counterpart)
8 Invitation letter from the sponsor in Pakistan which should be from a
tour Operator Company in Pakistan.

9 Copy of tour operator’s registeration with the Government of Pakistan

10 Itinerary, hotel booking and schedule of visit

Note: If applicant is under the age of 18 years, parents/guardians must follow the above
requirements as well as the requirements for under 18 which is (1) Full Birth Certificate, (2) both
parents consent letter etc. Application for under 18 child will be submitted by one of the parents.
You may wish to provide any additional relevant documentation which you feel will assist you in
obtaining a visa to Pakistan.
Note: If you are intending to go for trekking in Pakistan you must provide a trekking/ expedition
permit from the Gilgit-Baltistan Council alongwith above requirements.
