• Performed simulations systems of dual polyalanines conjugated with polymers using Python 2.7 and LAMMPS
• Visualized the simulated time evolutions of peptide systems using VMD – Visual Molecular Dynamics
• Analyzed the results using Python 2.7 and MATLAB to summarize and compare the properties of the system
with different conjugated positions and distances between peptides
