This pump does ot have a rat valve 20 monitoring system pressure is necessary. 9.1 Tube Connection 1, Close pump release valve by tuning clockwise. Use finger pressure only. 2. Using 40,000 psi rated tube and tube fitings, insert end bf tubing through hole in gland nut and secure with sleeve. ‘3. Position end of tubing in discharge port of pump end secure ‘with gland nut, Do not overtighten. 4.0 OPERATION 1, Release handle lock pin located under beam. 2, The pump may be operated as a vented of a non-ventad pump. Turn the reservoir fll cap to the position desired. CAUTION: Do not stand directly over the pump handle. It fs possible for the pump hancle to "kick back." Keep your body to the side of the pump and away from the line of force of the handle. 3, Open pump release valve by turning counterclockwise one turn, Operate the pump using ful strokes six or more times ‘86 necessary to purge ar from the pump circu. 4, Open pump fil cap and chock the ll evel. Fill (using Enerpee oil only) to the indicator mark on the end cap. DO NOT overfil, NOTE: The P-2282 pump has a usable oll capacity of 60 cu. I. 5.
