RE: Request for Additional Liaison Officer in the Bureau of Immigration

Sir/Madam:

I, Alfonso R. Asuncion, General Manager of Touraine Travel Agency located at #44 CDC Stall, Fields
Avenue, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga, is requesting your good office to allow additional liaison
officer in the Bureau of Immigration to transact business in behalf on Touraine Travel Agency.

The previous ID was issued to me however due to old age travelling to and from Manila is hard for me.
Thus, the additional ID for a liaison officer will be for my staff Manuel Z. Camposano Jr. who would be
doing the field work in my behalf.
