I. Introduction
Business Concept and Model

TamPoodZ Snacks and Food stall is a budding enterprise that specializes in serving

fresh, easy to handle, and satisfying consumables that would surely please customers’

pallates.

Furthermore, TamPoodz Snacks and Food stall will present itself with an urban

style design that would resemble the graffiti splashed alleyways of Davao city. This is to

promote and showcase the urban life that sometimes people neglect because of the

social construct built against this kind of art. Some may call it vandalism but for our

company, we see just as people see artworks in exhibits.

Moreover, the business will make sure its proponents are approachable and

respectful to their customers. The cleanliness and sanitation will be maintained as well.

Ambient music will be played to truly immerse customers in the urban life of Davaoeños.

TamPoodZ Snacks and Food stall will mainly focus on selling products that are

handy and can be carried anywhere. The company will specialize on products such as

SquiThotS (Squid Balls, Tempura, and Hotdogs in a cup), DFCK (Deep Fried CooKies),

and Alug – Alug. The company believes that these products will surely appease and

attract customers that wishes to avoid any unnecessary waiting time as these products

can be prepared in just under a minute.

The company would also be generous to its first 10 customers by giving them

freebies such as Free P20 worth of products, Free Candies, and Free Ballpens.

Overall, TamPoodZ Snacks and Food stall wishes to differentiate themselves from

their competition. They believe that in doing so, they gain more profit and please another

market segment.
