    Sir,
    In order to improve the Technical Skills of MECH Students, we are planning to conduct a
    VET on “ENGG THERMODYNAMICS”of duration of Two Weeks from 17th dec 2012 to
    22th dec 2012 in Computer Lab-6 with a fee 500/-.
    The Expenditure to conduct the course will be collected from Students. The
    Details of Fee Collected and Expenditure will be Self-financed after the completion of the
    course. The Number of Students to be participated are limited to 412 members.
    The following is the estimated budget proposal for conducting a Vocational
    Educational Training
    1) Honorarium for the Resource persons : 50,000/-
    2) Travelling expenses for Resource persons: 20,000/-
    3)Lodging & Boarding : 20,000 /-
    4) Writing Pads and Pens : 5,000 /-
    5) Certificates : 6600 /-
    6) Flower bokays, water bottles,
    Flexes and others : 1,000 /-

    Total Expenses : 1,02,600 /-
