     A collection of task to be completed
     A task requires a certain time/ works, cost and skills.
     A collection of resources to perform on these tasks.

    Project Management

     Achieve project goal.


     Using resources available.
     Accounting for all constraints.
     Handling unexpected events along the way.

    Two Stages of Project Management

     Planning
     Management

    Planning Stage

     Can project be completed by our preferred date.


     When will it complete.
     How much will it cost
     How efficiently will we use our resources.
     Who will work for how long on which a task on a day.

    Baseline Plan

     Projects start/ finish date.


     Schedule.
     Project cost.
     Resources utilization.

    Management Stage

     Track actual work performed.


     Actual work performed is different than planned.
     Planned work estimation incorrect.
     Scoped of work has changed.
     Resources cost is different than planned.
     Resources availability has changed.
