 Who will work for how long on which a task on a day.

Baseline Plan

 Projects start/ finish date.


 Schedule.
 Project cost.
 Resources utilization.

Management Stage

 Track actual work performed.


 Actual work performed is different than planned.
 Planned work estimation incorrect.
 Scoped of work has changed.
 Resources cost is different than planned.
 Resources availability has changed.
