| write on behalf of my client, Andrea Shand, concerning a Tweet posted by Twitter user
@NatSeeGeek on July 20, 2018. Specifically, Ms, Shand objects tothe link tothe user's personal

‘manaforttexts!) includes links to what the author describes as a database conta

285,000 private text messages that were obtained by hacking Ms. Shand’s phone. ‘Twiter should
immediately and permanently delete the offending Tweet and suspend the offending account to
prevent dissemination of private, stolen text messages.
According to the Twitter Rules, a user “may not publish or post other people's private
information without their express authorization and permission.” (See Twitter Rules,

Pursuant to Twitter's terms of service, Ms. Shand demands that Twitter permanently delete
the offending Tweet containing a link to a website that allows public access to private, stolen text
messages and suspend @NatSeeCeek's Twitter acount

policy and therefore would not be removed. That response is unacceptable, After these private,
stolon messages were linked in the offending Tweet, several members of my client's family have
received harassing and threatening messages.
Should Twitter fil to resity user @NatSecGeek's violation of the Twiter Rules
immediately by removing access to her private, stolen content, Ms. Shand intends to pusue all
legal remedies available to recover any damages she may suffer asa result
