Specifically, Ms, Shand objects tothe link tothe user's personal ‘website contained inthe Tweet, The linked webpage (attp//emma,best2018/07/20/a-note-on-the- ‘manaforttexts!) includes links to what the author describes as a database conta 1g more than 285,000 private text messages that were obtained by hacking Ms. Shand’s phone. ‘Twiter should immediately and permanently delete the offending Tweet and suspend the offending account to prevent dissemination of private, stolen text messages. That response is unacceptable, After these private, stolon messages were linked in the offending Tweet, several members of my client's family have received harassing and threatening messages. Should Twitter fil to resity user @NatSecGeek's violation of the Twiter Rules immediately by removing access to her private, stolen content, Ms. Shand intends to pusue all legal remedies available to recover any damages she may suffer asa result Matthew Crow!
