Dear Parents, Teachers and Students,
Our school is sponsoring a sale of delicious World’s Finest Chocolate bars. We will be handing out one box,
(60 bars), to every student. Once the student returns the money for chocolates sold, we will need another permission
slip signed by the parent, in order to take another box.

The sale begins Tuesday, September 4th and it ends Thursday, October 25th.
For safety reasons, we are asking that students DO NOT SELL DOOR TO DOOR by themselves!!!
Parents can help tremendously by selling the chocolates at their place of work.

Sell one box - Get an entire week of dress down

Sell 3 boxes - Enter a raffle with one lucky student winning a $100 gift card

Sell 4 boxes - enter a raffle with one lucky student winning Beats Headphones!!

The class that sells the most gets a Fun Day!

Remember not to leave your chocolates in your car.

You must bring this portion into school, signed.
