Chocolate Biscuit Cake

Ingredients
250g Digestive Biscuits

110g Butter

225g Chocolate

1 Tin condensed Milk

1 Small packet of Maltesers

Equipment
1 Bowl, 1 pot, 1 White chopping board, 1 knife, 1 Bowl/ 1 tin to leave rocky
road in.

Method

1. Break up choc. Break up biscuits.


2. Put choc and butter into a bowl
3. Melt in microwave or over boiling water.
4. Stir in condensed milk.
5. Add your biscuits.
6. Add in your Maltesers.
7. Line your bowl with cling film.
8. Put mix into the bowl and press down.
9. Leave in fridge to set.

Decorate with fondant icing.
